Suppose we are not contracted with your insurance provider. In that case, you can choose to become a cash-pay patient which would require you to pay for your visit at the time of each appointment and then you would have the option to submit a superbill to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Some insurance plans will reimburse up to 50% or more for out-of-network providers. We recommend that you check with your insurance plan to find out the limits and benefits of your policy.
Yes, we do. Patients who choose to enroll as a cash pay patient will be charged $200 for their initial intake appointment and then will be charged $100 for each follow-up visit. These prices include the initial appointment, follow-up appointment, and basic medication management only. If you require additional services such as an EKG, genetic testing, laboratory testing, or a random drug urinalysis test, those services incur additional fees.
Yes, we do offer telemedicine visits. However, we do require all new patients to come in for an in-person visit for their first visit. This is required to get a set of vital signs, perform a thorough face-to-face evaluation, and establish an appropriate treatment plan. Additionally, if you are taking medications that qualify as a controlled substances (stimulants for ADHD or benzodiazepines for anxiety) you will be required to come in for an in-person visit at least once every 6 months. Outside of these requirements, patients may choose to complete their follow-up visits via telemedicine but the treating provider does have approval authority.

If you are curious why you should see us over other mental health clinics, that's simple, we treat our patients with the highest level of patient care possible. We treat everyone as an individual and value the patient experience over large corporate financial quotas. If you aren't convinced that we are different than other outpatient psychiatry clinics, just read our patient reviews.
